Banded as female due to age at banding time, but sex confirmed on 4/27/2023 when identified on territory at Delta Airlines, Hangar 5/6, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, Bloomington, MN and paired with b/blu N/27. Pair did not nest. Bird found dead on 6/11/2023 on runway by MAC wildlife staff, probable airplane strike. Fresh killed on that date, bands retrieved and returned to bander. Also found to be on territory throughout April 2023 at Mendota Bridge, Ft. Snelling SP and paired with an AHY female b/blu P/?.
