This female was photographed on 11/4/17 about eight miles east of Cameron, LA, by Frank Garacci. She was photographed again on 1/20/18 about twenty miles northeast of Cameron, LA, by Vicki Sensat. On 1/20/18, she was no longer wearing her USFWS silver band. On 11/3/18, this female was again photographed near Cameron, LA, about 2.5 miles east of the 11/4/17 observation. Amazingly, this photo was taken by the same photographer, Frank Garacci, who took the 11/4/17 photo, In addition, the USFWS silver band is shown on her right leg. No doubt this band was covered by feathers in the 1/20/18 photo. On 3/23/19, this female was observed at a nest site in Winnipeg, MB.
