On 35th floor of Opus Building, corner of 5th St. and 2nd Av., 08/04/93, limping and maybe acting dazed. Called some, then flew strongly to Multifoods Tower, all according to Mr. Edstrom and building people. 10/11/93, Pat Skewes, WI DNR, saw bird on Van Hise Hall, Univ. Wisc. campus, entered building, read band 5/4. Killed by collision with plane at O'Hare Field, Chicago IL 10/18/93.
